When I arrived for my appointment for a scheduled servicing, I noticed that the service area (managers and mechanics) was very understaffed and backed up. I approached Vincent Lopez ("The Bushido" and fellow Star Wars fan), whom I have trusted with servicing many times before, and asked if maybe I should come back on another day. Vincent assured me that my vehicle would be serviced and that he would try to get me out and on my way as soon as possible. During my waiting period, Vincent kept me updated. He covered, in detail, what was done to my car, and got me back on the road in short order.In 2023, I purchased three (3) Toyota's from Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Customer service during the purchase process is great. What matters to me the most is what customer service is like after I drive off of the lot with my new car. Vincent keeps the faith and in 2024, I'll be buying another Highlander from Courtesy Toyota of Brandon.
