Abell was great. He was kind and explained everything very well. However, when I called to schedule my appointment (multiple tries due to scheduling constraints) the front desk lady kept saying the part was not in (when it was) and that I had to be put on a list. Then I asked if I can get a loaner with my recall maintenance. She seemed to not understand my question vaguely said they do rental cars. All this caused frustration because it clearly seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Also it was my first visit to your location, so unaware of how checking in works, no one greeted me when I pulled in or said wait in your car and we will be right with you. I felt ignored. I went inside and waited in line to see how I was suppose to check-in. Luckily Abell’s great attentiveness and attitude helped make my experience better.
