Came in for dead battery. Agent requested the correct tests.But I don't think the mechanic did the test. They just told the agent that everything was fine. Next day battery dead. AAA tested and battery was bad. Went back to Toyota, battery tested bad. I saw photo of test, she results as AAA. Felt like mechanics took shortcut previous day.

I was greeted by Sierra and she was very nice. I have to say I was there for an oil change and was out within an hour. This was my second oil change at this location and I appreciate getting my service done and out within an hour ! Good service 😊
