I chose David Snead as my salesperson because I had a great experience with him the last time I bought a car at your dealership. This experience was just as good this time around and David took very good care of me with the exception of the finance manager Chris Yates who was very aggressive and coerced me into not getting the gap insurance I needed and pushed me to purchase and extended warranty I repeatedly told him I didn’t want. The following day I text Chris to see if I could still get the gap insurance but he said unfortunately it’s too late Thankfully I was able to cancel the warranty but now I’m at risk of being upside down on the loan if my vehicle is totaled
