For the 1st time in being a Courtesy Toyota customer, I was surprised and shocked of the speed and price of the service. This is in a good way. The experience was good and kept me in good spirits.

We had a great experience selecting and purchasing our new 2024 Sienna from Courtesy Toyota. We had received an email response from Roger regarding my inquiry of a Sienna I saw online that was coming in to Courtesy Toyota. We met him the next morning at the dealership and within 5 minutes of introducing ourselves and discussing what was available we knew that he was going to help us find what we wanted. We cannot say enough good things about Roger Mukherjee. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. His knowledge of the Toyota product line was very instrumental in helping us make our choice as to which vehicle to buy. He also pointed out the differences between the trim levels of several models to help us. We are so glad that we met Roger and are very happy with our new 2024 Sienna. The great experience we had purchasing our Sienna continued with our meeting George, the Finace Manager at Courtesy Toyota. He explained all of the line items on our final bill and never pressured us about any extras. Another very helpful member of your team.

Noticed tire pressure dropping day before big trip. Called Kevin G/ (Service Rep) and he said to bring it in despite a VERY booked day. Wife arrived and sent a pic of the huge line she'd just entered proving to me the backlog. I Fwd'd to Kevin laughing at how he wasn't exaggerating and appreciate that he could fit us in. To my surprise, he found her in line, ID'd the offending nail and pulled her out of line to get it resolved. THAT'S ABOVE & BEYOND!! -- Just always impressed w/ him and his level of care. Needless to say, we were on the road next morning w/ no cares and nothing but praise for Kevin and Courtesy Toyota of Brandon!!!!

Took a little longer than I would have liked and I always end up paying more than I want to pay. The man who helped me did a great job though.
