The service representative, Thomas, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He made my experience an excellent one.My key fob is still sticking. When I lock the doors the key fob will sometimes kept locking the door with the alarm sounding. When I purchased the car about 3 months ago. The first time the key fob started malfunctioning, I thought it was due to the it being new, but it’s not. The key fob is simply malfunctioning.
