Tam was very accommodating. Pulled multiple quotes. Showed me all the vehicles i was interested in. Notified me when new inventory came in. Tam tried to upsell me (positive note) on a tundra but the vehicle didn't fit my scenario. Explained the various trims and answered all my questions. I never felt pressed to buy a vehicle when i came in. Tam truly wanted me to be satisfied in my decision no matter my choice.
