I walked out the door with the car I wanted

Ben Walker was great. He worked to get us into a new vehicle as our ideal price. Her was personable, friendly, and listened to us at every step. We were also shocked out how quickly the process proceeded. We would have given a 5 but the service department took over 2 hours to clean/wash and the coating or sealing on the car. Our “quick” process became ridiculously long and we were helpless to see it speeded up. This meant we were stuck in Friday rush hour traffic trying to return home.

I want to get my own bank to finance my car, but it didn’t happen. He had to pay paperwork already ready for the Finance Company. When I went inside I did not like that, but it was my fault. I should’ve said no let me get my own Finance Company but I can get it refinance out the one year.
