I like the service, but oil changes that can take up to 4 hours? It's a little much either schedule less or enlarge your staff. Please

I will only come there for service if I can get my appointment with Craig Berkowitz. I have had BAD experiences with some of you other service advisors and Craig is the most professional. He keeps me informed and makes sure the problem I came for has been resolved.

I initially came in for a service on 4/22/24 for my 2022 Toyota Corolla and ended leaving with a brand new 2024 Toyota Camry SE. Michael Bryan was a great sales person and made my experience extremely stress free from the moment I entered the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and provided great customer service.This was the most pain free car buying process I have experienced. Michael also let me know should I have any questions or concerns that I could contact him for further clarification.Aiman Sabbah in the finance department explained everything with great detail and took the time to review and answer any questions I had. I left the dealership with a big smile on my face, all thanks to the exceptional customer service I receive from Michael and Aiman. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Toyota of Brandon to anyone I know because of Michael and Aiman.

Good experience despite when I scheduled the appointment it sent me to Courtesy Jeep, but I was able to get my vehicle service at the Toyota Dealer.Once I arrived, no service advisor approach me resulting in me asking to speak with a manager.
