I QUALIFIED FOR A "LONER " CAR. THE CAR WAS A NEW CAMERY. I WAS TAKEN TO THE CAR [OUTSIDE THE SERVICE DEPT]. HANDED THE KEYS AND WAS LEFT ALONE. I HAD NO IDEA HOW TO START THE CAR OR ADJUST ,HEADLIGHTS , SEATS , OR SIDE MIRRORS, THE A/C. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AT NOT BEING SHOWN HOW TO WORK THESE DEVICES. I AM TOTALLY IGNORANT ABOUT ALL THE NEW TECHNOLOGY IN NEW CARS. IT WAS QUITE UNSETTLING. NEXT TIME IF I NEED A " LONER CAR" I WILL BE SURE TO "ASK"FOR HELP BEFORE I DRIVE AWAY IN AN UNFSMILIAR CAR.
