My previous experience left me wanting to avoid coming to the dealership altogether. My husband purchased a new car from Courtesy Toyota and suggested I give it another chance. When I arrived, I was greeted by Saad. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me narrow down my options. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or was being pressured to buy. He listened and was patient and kind. I left that first meeting putting a deposit on a new car. While I waited for it to arrive at the dealership, I made sure to prepare by getting quotes on, at the time, vehicle, checking my credit score and speaking to my bank about financing options.During this time, Saad and I communicated back and forth to discuss APRs, any deals, and anything else I needed to prepare. He was always attentive and I feel, honest. He notified me to let me know the car had arrived sooner than expected. I met him at the dealership, and we started the paper work process, test driving the car, and finalizing the details of what we discussed. The process took less time and less of a hassle than I expected. Usually big purchases leave me feeling stressed and disappointed at the cost and time spent, but purchasing my vehicle with Saad was such a great experience and when I am ready to trade in for another, I hope he is there because I wouldn’t want to purchase it from anyone else.
