Overall it went well! The service was performed as expected, and I was happy that the service department honored a small warranty-related issue from when I bought the car 11 months ago. My only issue was that the service was a bit slow. Despite making a reservation, it seemed like it took over 2 hours just for someone to look at my car, and another couple hours to finish up. It made for a long day of waiting nearby.
