This was my first time service on new Rav4 I Was greeted by Sierra who explained everything and kept me informed via text if I needed anything. I give her a 5 star rating for the friendliest servicefrom start to finish and showing me where my car was when it was finished.

Ollie greeted me by the door. He was polite, upbeat and helpful. While I pretty much knew that I wanted a Highlander, Ollie was very helpful. On the test drive and subsequently, he explained how the car's features worked. The entire process went smoothly.

Excellent job

Good as usual but it did take longer because of lots of service customers on a Tuesday.

Took Camry in for 6 months maintenance. Ryan Messerschmitt was courteous, professional and helpful. The mechanics completed the maintenance in a satisfactory time.

Our sales person Sunny was awesome. This is the 2nd time he has assisted me. I have bought 3 RAV 4's with his assistance. The finance person was also very professional and provided great service helping us obtain a fair interest rate. My only reason for the 4 star was the manager. I felt he was rude and had an attitude of basically screw you. It was totally unnecessary. Ruined what was a great experience. We bought 2 cars so it was a great day for Toyota as well so I felt the manager should have been more respectful to us.

Claire was very helpful and made the process simple.

The communication and negotiation were good. I only received 1 key fob or it would be a 5 star rating.
