Sales person Arbi Hedhli very knowledgeable about the Camry, very professional, informative, cheerful and thoughtful. He was very proud of the Toyota brand which made it easy to select the Toyota out of many other choices. Sales manager Daniel Violette was very responsive to inquiries.

Whole process was great. Flew up from south Florida to get the car, process was speedy with everyone, between the sales team and finances.

This was my first service appointment at Courtesy Toyota and I was impressed with how organized the entire process was from arrival, updates on the status of my vehicle, and completing the service in just a couple of hours. I was even able to see my vehicle while being serviced by sitting at special location in the lobby (never been able to do that at any other dealership!). My service advisor Kevin was also very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm made appointment only for a flat tire but it took 2 hours. If I walk-in or make appointment it seems wait time is still very long.But I have to say Mr. Edwin and Ms. Sierra both were very professional. thanks.
