The service center was busy, but the amenities you offer in the wait room are great. Plenty of TVs and beverages. The service from Vincent in top notch. He offered me a couple of times to get me a Lyft ride to the mall or a restaurant of my choice. The process was flawless. Vincent always keeps the lines of communication open. I don’t have to go out to see him to get an update. He also informed me, which I had forgotten, that there was a power train warranty on the car.
