Needed repair work done on the air conditioning. Was quoted a "will not exceed" price based on a level of additional work to possibly remove some aftermarket parts to be able to access the a/c part that needed to be replaced Time estimate for all that was 5 hours. However, the part was able to be accessed without removing the aftermarket parts, resulting in significantly less time required to complete the job. While I appreciate the "will not exceed" estimate, there should be the flexibility to charge less if less time was required. Dealt with several service writers, the technician, and shop foreman. All were extremely professional, and clearly described the work required/completed. Well done to all.
