When I took my car in I was advised that the part would be in the next morning. I could have a loaner car or bring it back the next morning which I thought was very nice. I chose to bring it back and Mo my service advisor was very courteous and professional. My first advisor was Zac who was also pleasant and professional. My service experience was very good.

Michael Bryan did an amazing job at finding me a car I loved with the features I wanted. I had started the day at a different dealership but didn’t feel very welcomed or comfortable there. At Courtesy Toyota, Michael made sure I knew how to get the most out of my new vehicle when we went on our test drive and was very easy to talk to. Jorge Nuiguido took care of the numbers side of this sale and explained everything very thoroughly. I trust that I can call for any future questions or concerns.
