This is our 2nd vehicle we purchased from Courtesy Toyota and we have been very pleased. Karol once again went through diligently to make sure we were able to get the vehicle and trim we wanted. She has simply been on top of it- giving us updates on status of our deposit and workign around my wife and my busy work and family schedule. She has gone above and beyond, staying late and making sure our girls had snacks as we were finishing the paperwork. We wholeheartedly recommend her and the team at Courtesy. David (the manager) was upfront and honest, which we appreciated and we also would like to thank Reuben for getting us the car we wanted. We will definitely be coming back to Courtesy Toyota in Brandon.
