Our RAV 4 needed its 30,000-mile servicing.

Our service manager was polite, friendly and helpful. We spemnt a lilttle over an hour and ahlf to get a multipoint inspection and oil change. Really everyone we encountered was great! Definitely be back for the service in the future. A little disappointed that the donuts and fruit are no longer provided int he "lounge." Its the only reason I came with the wife for this visit. lol

We live 3 hours away. Roger Mukherjee our salesman put the deal together and gave us numbers even before we got in our vechile to drive there. We arrived at the dealership around 6pm and left in our new truck at 7:30

drive in side and there was Nano. he listened, then I listened. we were spot on then same page, and decided what service I was due. I get the emails; however, they don't know the low mileage of my highlander. away goes my car. the phone app let me know the progress. when I received the text my car was ready, nano explained the difference regarding the emails and my actual mileage. this was never explained to me previously. Nano explained it, so I could understand it. Nano walked out to find my car with me, or I would have been there quite a while. He, Nano was able to get this old man through the process, with no problems or issues whatsoever. I got inside my car, WOW it was very clean, inside and out. The crew was able to buff out some scratches really good.
