My visit to Courtesy went very well due to the excellent customer service that I received from Jeffrey 'Nano' Susana, the assistance service manager. Jeffrey 'Nano' Susana explained the work being done to my car very clearly, took me to my car, and even helped check my hub caps to make sure they were not loose. He did an outstanding job making my visit a very positive experience.
