My car purchasing experience was very nice. I think buying a car will always be stressful but Hank made me feel comfortable and that he was being transparent with everything he promised. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. He allowed me to set the pace of the transaction so I felt confident in my decisions. He was never pushy or over bearing. I told him I’m be back this summer with my mom to purchase her a new car
