We had the pleasure of doing business with Kadian Williams. How lucky we were! She quickly greeted us upon our arrival with a friendly personality and a thorough knowledge of the Toyota product line. Wanting a Highlander Limited, Kadian showed us what was in stock, shared all the features of the Limited and allowed us to test drive a vehicle. We asked about a particular color and she looked up all cars in transit to find us exactly what we wanted. We signed off on the deal and were kept informed routinely regarding the delivery timeline. As we waited for delivery we had many questions that she would always answer promptly and to our satisfaction. When the car came in, she even took pictures of the new vehicle, both inside and out, to share with us. During delivery Kadian again was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She had the paperwork and car ready to go! Together we inspected everything and she also assisted us in setting up some of the basic features of the car. We never felt rushed. She displayed patience while answering our questions and made sure we felt totally comfortable with the car before leaving! As a last act of kindness, Kadian showed us all around the dealership and introduced us to the assistant service manager. Kadian provided outstanding service and exceeded all of our expectations! Ryan Messerschmidt always does a quality job on all my families Toyotas. I bought my first Toyota in 1978 and have been a Toyota man ever since so I have been to a lot of Toyota service departments and Ryan is the best service advisor I have worked with!
