Visited for a tire rotation. Waited close to two hours.

Good service. Repairs affordable. In and out in a reasonable time.

Kevin walked me through the sad news of 1300. + maintenance services needed. He was wonderful to work with! I do realize it was time for these issues.

My advisor was super friendly and nice. He joked with me and kept me update regarding my vehicle. I expressed my concerns to him with the Brandon dealership and how I haven’t been there in over a year due to a bad experience and he made sure my experience was pleasant.

This is the third survey I have submitted on this service. I had an appointment but according to the text that told me where my car was, the inspection didn't even start until I was there 1.5 hours. I texted the tech who apologized and said he asked management to expedite my service. It was ready about 20 minutes later. It wasn't the tech's fault it is whoever set up the scheduling and over booked. The waiting room was packed.
