Had my side mirror destroyed by a truck on the way to lunch in Tampa. By good fortune, Ryan M. was there with his family. He stabilized the mirror and promised to order parts immediately. The repair took place within a week. Since this was a safety issue, his personal involvement and quick action were fantastic.
