I was attended to immediately by Abbas Nasser who was very friendly and immediately entered my car into the system. Abbas was already aware of why I was coming in and told me he would have me out as quickly as possible and that due to other cars in front of me He would work on having me out within 1 to 2 hours. Abbas attended to me immediately set my expectations and overdelivered. I was out of there within the time he advised.

We purchased two vehicles from Arbi in December. The process was made smooth and easy by Arbi. Would most definitely recommend and buy from him again!

Everything is excellent

Oil change, tire rotation, fix driver side dome light (again, parts on order), and radio has not started 3 times after starting vehicle (but it does change volume, changes stations, but no sound comes out)!Not sure tires were rotated but belive so.5.5 hours wait time, longest wait time ever, it's whatever.

Sales Person is fantastic! We signed online with DocuSign to save time when we arrived after our 4 hour ride but F&I made us resign everything we had already signed and found an extra charge that was not part of the deal. We love the car it is what we wanted. Salesman was very attentive and took the time to explain the whole car.
