I like the guys, both the service advisor and the mechanic. But the issue isn't resolved. Granted, it's an annoyance, not a big issue. The problem is the wireless car charger. It will only charge intermittently. We've tried multiple phones, all different generations, and it just doesn't work property. The mechanic said they tried multiple phones and it was fine. Then we came in with our phones, and he saw the problem. He said he would do some research. But we never heard back.
