My spec sheet detailed metallic wheels. My Sienna Platinum came with plastic wheel covers. My salesman didn't look into the issue himself, he just gave me a phone number to call at corporate. That lead to Dan & Zack being contacted & basically being told again to call corporate as the dealership could do nothing. I figure premium metallic wheels reflecting the quality of the Platinum line which I paid for is at least $3,000. I should either receive the wheels I paid for or get a $3,000 refund. I will be elevating this issue with Toyota. I have spent over 100K in your dealership & over 150K at Toyota. I expected you my dealership to stand behind what my spec sheet states I paid for!

Provided a ride back home while my vehicle was being serviced and allowed me to continue working . This was very helpful.
