Great service. No pressure.

The service was good, I'm just disappointed, I feel like everything I come in I'm spending at least a grand if not more and for a car that isn't very old that I don't drive often it seems like a lot.

My experience was great when working with Henry Camacho, the product specialist. I explained what I wanted and my budget and he helped me make it work much faster than expected.I’m not a fan of the financial guy overselling the services side of things, he seemed annoyed when I only purchased the base service package which I did not really even want. Felt pressured into purchasing. Your customers could do without that nonsense, I wish I had purchased nothing on top of the vehicle.

This was an out-of-state purchase with Tommy Whalen as my salesperson. He was straightforward and responsive to a very "wary" potential buyer. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase and earned my trust by being responsive, authentic, and reliable. This process occurred just as he explained- no hidden surprises. The finance person was also comprehensive and polite, making my purchase as "painless" as possible.
