Honest!!!! Transparent pricing!!!My sales rep, Aaron, is new and wonderful to work with. I had a bad experience with another Toyota dealership. It was such a relief to find honest sales reps that immediately stated the firm price, out it in writing, no pressure to BUY NOW OR LOSE THIS ONE TIME ONLY DEAL after jacking up the price $8,000. I don’t know about you, but I do NOT impulse buy at the level of a new car. I need to chew on it and research it first.At Courtesy, I paid the same price I was first quoted. At the competitor’s, they raised the price 3 times that night and called me back the next day stating they raised the price another $3000. Courtesy Toyota of Brandon was a fantastic experience.Shop there where they are honest!!

This is by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. John Treichler is an excellent salesman. I started communicating with him the day before I purchased my 2024 Toyota Camry. The next day I went to the dealership and finalized the purchase in about one hour.
