Best customer service by Kaydian. I loved her energy and how professional she was. Amazing experience thanks to her.Her manager, Jose, was unprofessional and did not understand what we were asking for. Thankfully Kaydian was there to help explain what our needs were and helped us the best she could. She saved our experience at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon.

Came to get our oil changed and tires rotated, didn't realize we still had free services coming. The service rep told us and also put new wipers on. Service was fast and easy.
