Our experience was amazing. We will always be very grateful to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, especially to service adviser Vincent Lopez, for their excellent service. Vincent is very polite, respectful, courteous, kind, professional, communicative, and very knowledgeable. My wife and I have been treated by Vincent like VIP clients. Vincent is the main reason we keep coming back to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon even though we live over an hour away. We believe Vincent has made a difference in our lives when it comes to the best service for our Toyota Rav4 SUV. Vincent deserves 5 stars out of 5.
