This is my second Toyota purchased at Courtesy. I found Claire on the Courtesy Toyota website. I'm very busy with work and my sons travel baseball. So have very little time going around to different dealership. Claire found me the 4runner I was looking for. We texted back and forth for a few days she wasn't pushy at all which I appreciated. She sent me numbers that I was interested in. I met with her on a Saturday she was just as friendly in person than over the phone. I will definitely buy my next vehicle at Toyota again.

Although it took a while to get updates regarding my vehicle, I was grateful to have the service done in less than a week and be able to use a courtesy transportation vehicle. I wish that the repair order that I received was more specific causes and corrections rather than just showing the complaint.

Wonderful. Nano was THE best service advisor I've had all these years. He took the time to check what my maintenance agreement covered and he explained things to me. I was very impressed and happy.

It seemed as if they didn’t want to start the detailing until I started signing paperwork which in turn made this a 5 hour day before I drove away.
