Karol is a great asset to your team knowledgeable and answered all ours questions she kept us informed of the situation with the arrival of the car.I will certainly recommend her to other acquaintances she went beyond her capabilities to help us.In the other hand I can’t say the something about your financing department , my calls were not returned and was made to wait TWO WEEKS before being able to get the car. At the end it was just a simple matter of getting a phone call with the instructions I did not need a loan!Is not the first time that I bought a vehicle from you these is the third car.

Arrived on time and was greeted. Vehicle received tires and alignment. Well done, on time and professional quality work. Took 4runner on test drive and drove smooth at 75mph. Tracked straight and and steering wheel recovers after turning and floats on center line. Very good alignment!

Took my Rav 4 in for a recall. Was told my vehicle would be inspected. Got a notification that my front brake pads were at 4mm and would I like them replaced. I declined but now I hear a grinding sound when I stop. Didn’t hear it before it was inspected????
