Had tires rotated. First time since purchasing the tires there. Don't know what technician did, but the ride is much better.

Ismael was the main reason for wanting and deciding to buy a vehicle at Toyota. He was honest, quick, helpful, and absolutely professional salesman, and acted as if he was a friend helping a friend. He made the whole experience delightful. I had been to 5 other dealerships and they were literally pathetic and making buying a car frightful experience, so finding Ismael was a blessing!As far as the business structure, a lot of people were waiting around as you must do, I think having a free Toyota slot machine game at all the desks and sitting area would be fun at all your Toyota dealerships. You could win Toyota products, gift cards for gas, whatever, which can be written off as business marketing, and the top prize possibly win a free Toyota vehicle. So while your sitting waiting your having fun and could maybe win something. That is really a downside waiting with not much excitement. With all that said, I will never buy another vehicle unless it's a Toyota at one of your dealerships. I wanted to get some new tires for my vehicle and was able to do so the following day. When I picked my car up, I was very happy to hear that if the person who had helped me originally wasn’t around, another person would close out my paperwork and get me on the road asap. I had previously had a horrible experience with this process, so it was great to see that workflow has been fixed. My only issue was that I discovered one of my tire air caps was missing once I got home and had to drive back to the dealership to get one.
