So great !! Victor Perez is the best customer service agent. I had a flat tire and called as I needed it fixed that evening. When the tow truck driver pulled up, Victor came out and greeted us immediately. I was in and out in one hour with a brand new tire. Thank you!!

Basic oil change, didn't take to long

The dealership was great! I had to turn in my car lease which was a third party company and courtesy Toyota help me with the lease turn in. The salesman Hector was wonderful to work with never pushy found the vehicle we wanted and gave us a great deal on the vehicle. This dealership is fair with there pricing compare to the bad experience we had with Honda Brandon that charges you all those thousands of up charges over the sticker price.

My service rep greeted me on time in the bay, explained that my car would serviced quickly, and it was. My Corolla was washed andI am completely satisfied.

My salesman, Greg Smith, was very gracious. Low pressure. Answered all my questions, with a large knowledge base on the whole auto industry, not just Toyota. I just wanted to see a Carolla Cross, I had no intention on buying one. Left the lot with an XSE hybrid model. Kevin Palmer was our finance guy. He made the process easy and quick. Explained our options and breezed thru the paperwork quickly. Very affable. I've bought many many vehicles in my life, this was by far the best experience. Bonus was it only took 2hrs, in and out!
