The sales person Roody J. was very knowledgeable, patient, and polite. And explained everything us.

We had a fantastic experience with Paul Beeman as our sales rep -- he did a great job making sure we got just the Highlander we wanted -- in the color we wanted -- in time for us to make our family reunion in Key West. Paul was the best! And certainly earned our repeat business when we need a new car in the future.

The experience was exceptional like always it’s my 3rd car I at courtesy Toyota in Brandon with Gabriel Tavares. He is always prompt and he makes you feel welcomed. After I had a rough beginning to my work day due to my battery being dead, I came to Courtesy to have it replaced. Vincent Lopez was my service advisor and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. While they were working on it, he made sure I got to work via Lyft, and then back to the dealership. Vincent was kind, conscientious, and followed up every step of the way. We briefly spoke about "life", and he has a wonderful outlook. Our conversation made my day!! What a neat guy!
