Service advisor was professional and explained items that needed to be addressed on the service visit.Scheduling, marketing and follow-up is extremely POOR. Scheduling indicated I was dropping the vehicle and had my own transportation. That was totally incorrect.I received 3 calls AFTER the maintenance was completed to schedule the maintenance as their was no record of my having been to Courtesy for maintenance.

I had a great experience buying in your store. Mr. Roger Mukherjee was very dedicated and clarify all my questions about the vehicle and the transaction. Great support. I miss some treat/gift from the store like key chain or something.

Thomas got my car in quickly and had my oil changed and even had my car vacuumed out. I was very pleased with Courtesy and the excellent service Thomas did.
