On the Courtesy Toyota website I located a RAV4 XLE that I wanted to purchase. I called the sales department and got in touch with Sunny. He answered all my questions, and said with a deposit he could hold the car for me until I was able to pick it up. The next day I went in, the car was being prepared for me, and Sunny answered a few more questions and helped me get my temporary car insurance and registration.
