Ms. Sierra took the initiative to assist and inquiry the reason for the visit after already having to inform another rep at the dock whom walked away (10-15 mins) stating that he would be back and/or have someone assist which kept my mother and I sitting in limbo.Ms. Sierra kept us updated in reference to the service via text step by step and fully transparent apologizing for the wait.
