Salesperson Sunny Varghese was, as usual, very helpful by spending time discussing options and showing available vehicles that met my needs. He has been very diligent, upfront and honest in dealing with him on several vehicles purchased over the past many years and this time was no different. Very pleasant, helpful and honest person.My experience with trade-in was not as smooth and the value attached to my trade-in was much lower than what pricing I obtained from other sources. It required quite a bit of back and forth and was eventually raised to within 90% of what Kelly Blue Book quoted. I believe that a more transparent method would be to ascertain an agreed upon value up front, before deciding upon a new purchase and thus eliminating an unexpected surprise when time comes for contract signing.Still, overall, a very satisfying experience - once again.
