Needed an oil/filter change and scheduled it online…no problems. Arrived at scheduled time and was pleasantly greeted by service advisor, Sierra Grzyb. Told her what I needed and went to waiting area. About 90 minutes later, car was delivered with oil changed, tires inflated, and car washed, as requested.Again, nothing complicated, but I left satisfied with visit.

Appreciate the attention to detail. Walking me out on floor to speak to the technician and bringing over the tire specialist.

Made the appointment same day. Fixed my problem and I was out the door in an hour.

It is with much gratitude that I write this letter in appreciation to the epic degree of customer service support received from Courtesy Toyota. I had the most awesome salesperson Mr. Michael Bryan who listened to my needs and provided options suitable for my budget and lifestyle during my car buying experience.

My service advisor, Vincent Lopez, is amazing. I go to him every time I need service and he always treats me with respect and his customer service skills is top notch. He is a true asset to the Toyota Family. Anyways, went there because my battery in my car was no good and the people at the Service Department took care of me. Thank you for the great service.
