It was a good experience

Jeffrey "Nano" Susana was very professional, compassionate and informed regarding my situation and car problem, Inverter/Converter failure on my 2013 Prius V. He researched the situation and discovered that so many others had the same problem that the unit was replaced with no charge to me other than the flushing and computer analysis. He is an asset to Courtesy Toyota and I would highly recommend him to others.

The upfront sales pricing and follow-up, then at the dealership, being welcomed,trained on the new features on the Camry, and a no-stress experience withTommy Whelan in Sales, and then, Ruben Ordonez in Finance, was all so appreciated.
