It was amazing! My only regret is I didn't find your location earlier. After so many terrible experiences at other dealerships my wife and I were so frustrated. The lies, price games, huge markups and shady practices that give auto sales a bad name. Looked into Costco auto program and they put me in touch with Britney Stanley and Courtesy Toyota and everything changed!She sent me several different options, in my price range, that they actually had! She was professional, understood what we were looking for and it was amazing! We had narrowed it down to 4 vehicles and when we arrived for our appt all 4 were lined up and ready for us to see them... Side by side. The price was very fair and negotiations were professional and quick. We got a great car and work all paperwork and signing and everything done- it was less than 3 hours from the time we stepped on the lot! Insane how much better the experience was at courtesy Toyota of Brandon, I will never go anywhere else in Florida for another vehicle

My search for a Toyota Corolla Cross began in early June and spanned 3 different Toyota dealerships.
