Very busy and computer system down but otherwise did not have to wait that long. Happy overall but will not ever book on SAT again

Our salesperson was superb and we will gladly refer anyone we know looking for a vehicle to go see her. The only downside to our entire experience was the amount of wait time we had before we were able to get in with Finance to finalize the deal. There was an issue with the state system supposedly that day so we had to wait for several hours with no food (I hadn't eaten before coming there so I was quite hangry) AND we had left the kids at home not realizing it would be an ENTIRE day process ... Regardless, once we were finally in w/ a different Finance person than the first one we were working with (b/c I was asking if someone else could help us b/c I needed to get done/out of there) ... He was great. I honestly wasn't very impressed with the first finance individual we were working with anyhow so that was a nice/welcome change.

Arbi was very good. He provided required details and he is very patient
