Dear Mr. Mostafa Hassan, From the first time we talked with you there was a feeling of familiarity like talking to an old friend. I am a retired Air Force veteran, I am a paraplegic, unable to walk, stand, or transfer from my power chair to a car seat. I expressed my fears, anguish, and frustration from the loss of my only transportation and felt helpless and fragile. My wheelchair ramp van conversion has been structurally altered with different wiring systems from the standard Toyota van. The ramp modified van was brought in to repair the inoperable passenger side sliding door and sliding door seal that separated from door, dome light does not illuminate, windshield molding strip had separated from the van, and an oil change. Mr. Mostafa Hassan recommended not replacing the windshield molding strip that detached from the van windshield because the strip only has aesthetic/cosmetic features. Mostafa explained the windshield molding strip has no functionality; the windshield is sealed from wind, rain, and air pressure, with savings over $900 to $1,000 for parts and labor by not replacing the strip. Mr. Hassan expertly and quickly troubleshot and repaired the reported issues in approximately 24 hours, 1/3 the original estimated time of 72 hours to repair the van. Mostafa understood my emergency for being able to transport myself to my important medical appointments and urgent emergency room hospital visits; providing frequent status updates and requesting my approval for the newly discovered safety malfunctions. Mr. Hassan confidently and professionally diagnosed the following safety issues: passenger side front axle was leaking grease and cleaned off the grease that sprayed onto the breaks; the sway bar linkage was worn out/defective, and from other diagnostic tests and visual inspections discovered three of four additional issues requiring replacement of parts. Connie and I laughed a lot with Mostafa feeling comfortable, relax, and confident we are receiving quality service at the lowest possible price and very happy to meet and have Mostafa repair the indispensable van.
