It was an awesome experience!

We came in to look at a 2023 Toyota Camry after having communicated with Dustin (who was wonderful). Dustin was not available when we came in, but we were referred to Dave Snead, and he has been fantastic. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we appreciated his kind and respectful treatment as we thought over our choices etc before we made a decision to buy. We explained that we have medical issues from surgeries etc etc and he was very understanding and did not try to rush us into decisions etc(which would have led us to leave the dealership and never return as we do not appreciate the high- pressure tactics of some dealerships). We bought from this dealership because we feel you respect the customer, and while you are in business to make a profit we felt we could trust you to give us a fair deal. Dave spent a lot of time with us in person and via phone and text and we really appreciated his commitment to get us the car we wanted at a fair price. We were contacted by several other dealerships (apparently they got our info from researching Toyotas because we did not reach out to them as we were pleased and confident to buy from your dealership).So, we are very happy to have purchased from Brandon Courtesy. We have renewed faith and respect for this dealership. We had a bad experience there many, many years ago after which we vowed to never do business there again. We decided to return to Courtesy since it has been so many years and we believe new people run the dealership and the proximity to our home during these medical issues made the return worth a try. We are very glad we did. The car buying experience was great-thanks to Dave and the apparent Courtesy policy of treating customers with respect and low pressure sales. We appreciate your dealership-especially Dave- and will recommend you to anybody we know looking to buy a car.

Excellent customer service

Getting my truck took about two weeks and two different visits. My salesman was Dustin and I cannot say enough how great he is. He is the epitome of professionalism and really cares for his customers. He kept me up to date during the two weeks and called after I got the truck a couple of times.My truck came in one week early and I was able to come in the same day. The finance piece took longer than expected and added what appeared to be a couple of hours to my visit. Once with the finance manager, it went relatively quick. Overall, I had a great experience.

Ryan was my advisor. He took in my car and did exactly what I asked for oil cahnge & tire rotation. He kept me informed and texted me when it was done. He surprised me with a free car wash, a very nice touch.

I am always greeted in an timely and pleasant manner.
