I was actually very impressed with service. I was offered a courtesy ride to and from home and the work on my vehicle was completed before the given estimate.

My sales guy was Vincent, he was excellent. Always courteous and extremely helpful, definitely communicates with me while my car is in service.

Creighton was my care sales agent. From the moment my husband and I walked into Toyota, he went above and beyond to look for the right car we wanted. I wanted the Grand Highlander, but it was not released. So we were waiting for the next Sienna in the meantime. I explained I really wanted the Grand Highlander and I hope to purchase one soon. A few weeks passed and Creighton reached out to us that the Grand Highlander was released and I can take a look at some and reserve one that day if we would like. Well within a month, I walked out with the Grand Highlander and color interior, exterior I asked for. He was prompt on answering my phone calls and text. I will always work with Creighton in the near future for future car purchases even if we move out of Tampa area.

Came in with an engine problem, towards the end of the day and Davy was able to get me diagnosed that evening, get the parts and back in the road the next day a lot faster than I would have expected.
