I was there to do the service on my sienna van. Service advisor Vincent was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was so clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed the last visit.

Super facility, especially being able to drive into a covered and doored vehicle reception area. Vinny is great, listens, and is responsive to the client. Techs turned vehicle in 1 hour. We traveled from St. Pete for a two new vehicle purchase with Creighton West last year, and were so impressed that we decided to service in Brandon, when we clearly have a Toyota facility closer to us in Pinellas. "Courtesy" certainly is an appropriate dealership name!
