Kudos to Roody Jean for a smooth purchase process!

Making the appointment was easy. I arrived, waved down someone to direct me to the right area. (He was very gracious, and actually saw and remembered me when I was in the waiting area.) I asked the Parts Desk several things, and ended up buying a few custom fit items I needed. While I waited far longer than I expected (should have packed a lunch for my tire rotation!), my questions were answered promptly, and the entire staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant! When I sent a text asking for an update on my car, I was answered quickly and honestly. I will be back in a few months for my 30k before I embark on a road trip. Kevin in Service even gave me a list so I would have some idea of the cost of the 30K service. He also checked to see which extended plans I had to make sure I was charged correctly. Next time I will back a lunch!

From moment I walked in everyone was awesome.Paul did a great job, taking in what I wanted and helping find the perfect Camry....Jose in Finance was awesome with explaining a couple things to me that I had not fully understood about Gap coverage.
