I received a call last Saturday that a part I ordered had arrived. After three phone calls, I came to your service department. Your Service Advisor Mohammed "Mo" was patient and professional as he researched the reason for the call to me---although I was quickly losing my patience! He only saw a part that was installed on my truck last week, before last Saturdays phone message to me. (a Fender Flare...etc.).I thought it was an ordered Key Fob for 2023 Tundra.Mohammed escorted me to the customer service desk and that is where we ascertained that the call about the arriving part was after it was already installed!
